本アプリは Shunsuke Takasu（屋号: Hazu Studio。以下「開発者」）が開発・運営するiOSアプリ「Tuner Now」（以下「本アプリ」）です。本ポリシーでは、本アプリにおける利用者の情報の取り扱いについて説明します。本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、開発者が氏名・メールアドレスなどの個人情報を直接収集することはありません。
本アプリはギター・ベースなどの楽器のチューニングのため、端末のマイクを使用して音の高さ（周波数）をリアルタイムに解析します。この解析処理はすべて端末内でのみ行われ、音声データが録音・保存されたり、開発者のサーバーや第三者に送信されたりすることはありません。
基準ピッチ（A=440Hz等の設定値）はお使いの端末内のみに保存されます。この情報が開発者のサーバーに送信されることはありません。
本アプリはGoogle AdMobを通じてバナー広告を表示しています。広告配信にあたり、Google及びその広告パートナーが端末の広告識別子等の情報を取得する場合があります。詳細はGoogleのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
初回起動時、iOSのシステムダイアログにより、パーソナライズ広告のための端末トラッキングを許可するかどうかをお選びいただけます。許可しない場合でも、本アプリの全機能は変わらずご利用いただけます。設定はいつでも「設定」アプリ > 「プライバシーとセキュリティ」>「トラッキング」から変更できます。
本アプリでは「広告を削除」の購入をご利用いただけます。決済処理はAppleのApp Storeを通じて行われ、クレジットカード情報などの決済情報を開発者が取得することはありません。
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を主な対象とはしておらず、開発者が意図的にお子様の個人情報を収集することはありません。

The App is developed and operated by Shunsuke Takasu (operating as "Hazu Studio"; "we", "us"), and is named "Tuner Now" (the "App"). This policy explains how information is handled. The App does not require account creation, and we do not directly collect personal information such as your name or email address.
To tune your guitar or bass, the App uses your device's microphone to analyze pitch (frequency) in real time. This analysis happens entirely on your device. No audio is recorded, stored, or transmitted to our servers or any third party.
Your reference pitch setting (e.g. A=440Hz) is stored only on your device. This information is never transmitted to our servers.
The App displays banner ads through Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google and its advertising partners may collect information such as your device's advertising identifier. Please review Google's own privacy policy for details.
On first launch, iOS will show a system prompt asking whether you allow tracking for personalized advertising. Declining does not limit any feature of the App. You can change this choice at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
The App offers an optional "Remove Ads" purchase. Payment is processed entirely through Apple's App Store, and we never receive your credit card or other payment details.
The App is not primarily directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
